They will, but for some 'greatly insane' reason Apple removed support for the 
old GCR format from Mac OS 8.x and later.

However, there are some really old 68k utilities that can copy the GCR disks to 
disk images that Disk Copy can mount on the desktop.

Unfortunately, I don't remember the names of any of them, but there used to be 
a French site that had them to download.
