Did you read the links I posted below?  If so, care to explain your theory
of "dampness" vs. the breakdown of aliphatic bromine compounds in the
plastic used as fire retardants?

Also, chemically speaking, why would bleach be superior to the combination
of hydrogen peroxide and UV light for the concentrations and durations
explained in the thread I linked to?
