there's a "what could go wrong" or something like that link on the  
wiki page, they mention swirling if you use too much (or too strong)  
peroxide and that heat can warp it.

i wonder if you can do this, and skip the UV lighting part. just do  
the recipe, if it would be as effective but take longer or what.
