Yes, but I find this method is the VERY best way to build your own device, complete with schematics, pictures, code and instructions. Someone could make some money among the Mac community if they were to build a few of these for sale:

Ultimately, I will most likely take the new Apple hard-wired short USB keyboard and mount it inside the original 128K keyboard case and glue stalks to the keys to mount the original keys. I've measured and it should fit perfectly.
