*sniff*

I put in the fuse connector and the fuse. I reassembled on my counter
without the bottom case, which I can't find at the moment (it's
*somewhere* in the garage).

Does anyone know if anything other than another macportable can
connect to its scsi hard drive? The ribbon cable crosses wires
(possibly all of them), and it appears that the cable is permanently
affixed to the drive daughterboard (I haven't disassembled that far).

I don't suppose anyone in the Las Vegas area is reading this and has a
working MacPortable . . . I'd (sadly) trade it for an image of the
disk at this point, but I'm realizing that I'm never likely to really
put it to use again (The Apple ][s in the garage are more interesting
to me for diddling around).
