Maybe it's just me, but the subject line of your post conjured up visions of 
someone attempting to divine the contents of a floppy disk by the simple 
expedient of holding it against their forehead, Carnac the Magnificent-style.  
I'm sure the location given (Las Vegas) contributed significantly to the mental 
image, too. :)

And while I can't speak for other people and their abilities, I personally 
cannot claim to have had even the slightest success reading a floppy disc 
entirely unaided.  I have, however, been fortunate enough to have had access to 
Macintosh computers that *do* have this ability, thereby saving myself 
considerable mental strain. ;)

(Yes, I know what you really meant and, yes, I have always had an overactive 
imagination.)  ¬ _¬
