I am not amazed but it may indeed grow on me (I've been rather
attached to my 540c still).
I can think of no other reason why Apple can't put nice keyboards on
their new laptops other than if they are trying to hook their
customers by abusing them (not caring is no excuse either, that's just
unconsciousness).
There is an ergonomic keyboard you can buy for around $400. Hmm.
