I found a LC 550 has been sitting in a barn for sometime, It will not boot using os 7.1 can some advise if I can run os 8 on this mac? Also I have a LC 580 i caught it in time just before it caught on fire, ive replaced the fan, but doesnt want to power on sotra puzzled, maybe a bad video board or something?
