Can you hear the hard drive spinning inside the Classic? It should sound like a quiet fan. If the HD is not spinning, chances are that there is something gummy inside it. Leave the HD out in the sun, or under a heat lamp for awhile, in an attempt to loosen up whatever gunk is preventing the platters from spinning. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are a member of the Vintage Macs group.
