The cables looks fine. I inspected it carefully. Every connection looks good too. If the pixels went all the way across screen I would think its upper hardware related. But since they are not and invert when off I *think* it may be low level chip problems. Not a clue really. I think I may just toss it on eBay anyway. The plan was to get it working 100% before posting it.
