As Elliott Price pointed out earlier, the LEM Swap list is the go-to list for exactly that kind of parts request. There is also the added advantage of your request being seen by roughly 3,700 subscribers vs. the 1,300 subscribers of this list. As for the PRAM battery well cover, I understand your anxiety to obtain one of these. I've needed Macintosh parts myself in the past and appreciate what it is like not to almost, but not quite, have a "whole" machine. That said, the above is your third posting to this list since Sunday concerning the exact same part. It's far more polite, instead, to make a single "WTB" post here, allow a day or three for any responses to come in, then move on to LEM Swap. This helps prevent the Vintage Macs list from getting hammered with requests for Macs and Mac parts when there is already a list that specifically dedicated to handling requests for and/or selling Macs and Mac parts.
