Yes, 10.3 is Panther.

Drag what you don't want to the trash and empty it.

If you really want to erase things, Disk Utility has an erase free 
space function.


Aside - since this involves an iMac and OS X.... it would be better 
posted on the imac list.  The vintage list is really for 68k Macs etc.
