I suspect it's simply a set of copied disks, but I'm not brave enough to risk $7.99 to find out. :) Just so you know: I believe you can format the (somewhat) more common Double-Sided/Double Density disks as 400K disks. IIRC, the difference between 400K and 800K drives is that the former has a drive head on one side (with a felt-tipped "pressure pad" on the other) whilst the latter has a drive head on both (i.e. you can write to both sides of the disk).
