Whats it worth?

Hmm...
Well, I've still got my little beige number - my first Mac, purchased
2nd hand back around 87ish. I was going to say I wouldn't sell it for
less than double what I paid (that was $2000 with 80MB ext. HD, btw),
but then again on 2nd thought - I know it all sounds like hyperbole,
but at this point I really don't think I would let it go for any
price.

Call me nostalgic, romantic, whatever, but when you consider the fact
that there's really no monetary "value" there, to me it seems silly to
sell... especially if you've owned it since it was still on the market
(ie functional and useful). Surely worth keeping, IMHO -- its value
as "art"/history/nostalgia/conversation piece/ hell even as just a
piece of 'furniture' is worth far more than the pittance it would
garner at a sale of any kind.

Nope, my Plus, SE30, and IIFX are happy right where they are - and
they'll be there for a long while... ;)

(and I just checked - they still work too!)
