i saw somewhere a reference to a composite video out circuit for use on a
Mac 128k motherboard. it was a desktop hack that also had the machine
running from an Apple IIgs power supply. i wouldn't think the video signals
coming from the logic board would have changed much from the 128k to the SE
but i don't really know. so it may be possible to hack in a useful video
output and not have a CRT. it might also hurt the analog board not to have a
CRT hooked up to it but i don't really know? lack of a load on the flyback?
i don't understand these things well enough to say yes or no, but its
something to think about ;)
