Setup an FTP server on your 10.4.x Mac then you can upload and download to it from your old Macs running 9.2.2 and earlier.
TCP/IP works even though Apple took out support for AFP and LocalTalk in 10.4.x You could try installing Netatalk on your 10.4 Mac and see if that restores proper communication with the old Mac OS. -- ----- You received this message because you are a member of the Vintage Macs group.
