Hi, ok, thanks. I got first program transfered to mac classic. hexbin4.0 (read somewhere it should be able to convert the files on mac back to mac understandable form..it does only .hqx..)
6.0.7 won't recognize .hqx files for some reason(needs 7.5+ os??) It was in macbin format .bin went like a charm with transmac.. So I guess I need to convert the .sit file to macbin... when I "unstuff" the speak.sit I get 2 files(program and fork file?)...now getting free trial stuffit deluxe to try making this a macbin file.. woah..first time I'm doing this so pretty intensive learning curve...and there is not so much hand on hand advice on the net when working with these old macs.. :/ -- ----- You received this message because you are a member of the Vintage Macs group.
