I hate to say if someone ruined the pci slots, and cut of the power ends on the 
power supply that thing may be beyond repair.  At a minimum the logic board 
probably needs replaced and you could splice new ends on the power supply wires.

Subject: Fix a old Power Macintosh 7300/200

Recently i bought a Power Mac 7300/200 and it don't work.When i power on the 
computer the fan in the psu are running in 1 second then it stops.The PCI slots 
on the computer is totaly mashed up and unusable.But the processor card slot 
seems fine.But the diskette reader are not working, the thing that is under the 
diskett when you put it in the diskette reader have falled of, the same have 
happend with the fing ontop of it to.The hdd and the cd seems working. but the 
power cables from the psu to the cd and the hdd have been cut of.Does anyone 
have a idé how to fix the machine?The keyboard is a Apple Design keyboard and 
the mouse is a Apple desktop mouse.The monitor i used are a Apple multiple scan 
15 monitorI bought it for 100 SEK (15,29 USD)
