DR.Bott Monoswitch was the best 4 port one I have. I also have a 12 or 16 
port (forget which) Black Box ADB KVM (looks industrial) that had jumpers 
for each video output so you could set the correct video default for each 
machine without having to select it on the switch during power on. Both are 
hard to find these days, I have been collecting since 2000.
