i've got a SE/30 4mg ram 80 mb hd sys7.1 a hayes ultra 9600
an
earthlink
isp account. downloaded every MacPPP/ MacTCP/ ConfigPPP/
FreePPP/
Freeppp setup monkey/ control panel i could get my hands on
. got
MacWeb/NCSA Mosaic/ NCSA Telnet / Jagworks internet kit.
Netscape
1,2,3,4, I.E.1
Apple Internet Connection Kit. an AppleClub CD
....yadda,yadda, yadda
All i get is " PPP wait timeout! Waiting on: OK" whatever
the hell that
means.
put the faxing software in the trash ( Microsoft Works
v2.00b ) no good
I know this can be done, i'm right there... just can't get
over the top!
what the #$%&#$@# !!!! am i doing wrong?
