Well, the Secrets book says the enabler 001 is specific to IIvx and IIvi
Macs.
And the enabler 304 is specific to Performas, probably, but not certainly,
including the 600.

Using it allowed the machine boot, but would not give a specific identity
to the ROMs in the "About This..." box. So, the Mac even under System 7.1
would only say "Macintosh" in the "About This..." box.
