Yeah, Apple spent a pile of money on the design and
engineering of the IIsi case and logicboard, yet
unlike any other Mac case they never used the same
basic design for any other model. The neat thing
about the IIsi is the full height hard drive bay
that can fit two drives that are slightly more than
half height, unlike the IIci/IIcx and other macs
with a full height bay that has no extra room.

With a bunch of surgery, there should be room to
fit some sort of CD-ROM into a IIsi. :) Lots of
wasted space under the floppy drive and a 1/2 height
hard drive could be "elevated" to the top of the
case.
