'Holy crap' value for one. I turned it on and my Dad says 'wow - it's in colour', I then opened a photo in PS 3.0.4 and he nearly passed out. Well it will get used for something I assure you, one day. MAybe I can use it as a render box for running accelerated filters on large images... :). Oh and the fact it's a rare hardware combination, it's a museum piece computer and it's in my asteemed Mac collection means it gets a regular cleaning, and is stripped out every so often to clean out the dust bunnies. It's a bit like a classic car, you can't really go to the shops every day in it but it gives you a real nice buzz to go for a drive in her ever so often. In the mean time you polish her, oil her and keep her running as sweet as a nut. It's the same with my 840av and my IIci, they are both classics with a great pedigree and wonderful internals. I keep then clean, look after them and take em for a spin every so often to keep em run in. -- -- Mark Benson Any spelling errors are attributed to PEBKAC Vintage Macs List Nanny SilValleyPirate - AIM silicon_valley_pirate_uk - Yahoo!
