Nothing against that. The upgrade madness is a madness indeed. But if 
you ask: does this or that 13 year old computer compare with state of 
the art stuff, I cannot say: yes. I would be lying if I did that.

I have used a IIfx myself for quite a while. It is an oke machine.

BTW Internet browsing is not exactly a lowend activity, not for 
computers of this vintage. They are actually a bit to slow to do it 
properly and some content is out of their reach.
