Hi,
Pickle, I know you're tring to be funny but this is a real problem!
I didn't just dream it, i'm bootint it up again now to make sure...
<chime>...<HDD wirring>...<Mouse appears>...<smilely mac>...<"Just figured
out what BETA stands for.">...<Go to "<chime>">

I tried booting with the CD and it didn't work. I tried booting with OS7.1
floppies, didn't work.

Ok, how do you wipe a HDD without having to get into Mac OS?
Mabye if I can wipe the HDD then reinstall Mac OS it will work.
It has to be a software problem because the Hardware seems fine.

Or,

How do you set the SCSI ID on an internal HDD, could never work it out.
Mabye I can stick the HDD in my IIci and wipe it like that.

Thanks,
Dan
