One app was MacServe, from the early days of Mac. I have a manual and a totally worn out floppy for the first version of MacServe to support the then new HFS disk format. I assume there were some later versions but Apple's inclusion of file sharing in System 7.0 likely killed its viability. IIRC, MacServe could also share printers like the non-AppleTalk ImageWriter. ===== "Why do Zik-Zak Burgers come in plastic packs?
