I plugged 80C154D (assuning the x is a number
placeholder) into www.dogpile.com and got some hits
with summaries containing 8xC154D with various numbers
in place of the x. I wonder if any of them may have
info on various support and other chips that work
with the 8xC154D?

If you'll post all the info printed on the M6260A chip
I might be able to turn up something.
