i have a microsoft wired base station. it has the network, and the internet router
built in. could i just connect the ethernet card to it and be able to access the
internet? the reason i'd want to access the internet on it is, i cant transfer large
files over floppy disks off the internet to my mac. right now i have a win98 se
machine on the internet connected to that base station, and i use transmac to transfer
stuff through the floppy. so is it just possible to get it on the internet? or is it
not worth trying?
