What AV do you run on windoze? eg symantec will scan ALL in and out going through ICS whatever you use may be the same. Disinfectant if you just wont to check the mac can be found easy enough, not really needed.
Photoshop clones, there are a few tools around that do some of the things photoshop does, proper clones they are not. You must own one of the few macs accross the globe that doesn't have photoshop installed. ;)
