Well, that is two of us... Mine doesnt have Photoshop in it but I use Photoshop on my PC (pardon the profanity ;) then I can move the images to my mac if needed...

Disinfectant if you just wont to check the mac can be found easy enough, not really needed. Photoshop clones, there are a few tools around that do some of the things photoshop does, proper clones they are not.
