Hmm. Well the jumper was to be used in conjuntion with a never-forthcoming
ROM SIMM.

Let's attack the problem from the switch at the rear.

Is it flush with the case or does it protrude? IF it doesn't protrude,
use a screwdriver to get it to do so.

Then see if the keyboard switch will make it boot.
