most likely the pram batterie(s) are dead (i forget if it had 1 or 2 of them).  that's
most likely the problem unless the power supply is toast but i believe it does need a 
good
battery to turn on.  if they are the soldered on variety there was a post earlier with 
a
source for slightly larger replacements with leads for soldering for less than $2 ea. 
at
one of the surplus places, i think it was allelectronics.com but i could be wrong.
