As Kyle mentioned burn the standard disk and not extended format. I would make disk images of my floppies using Disk Copy and test a couple of files back on the IIsi just to make sure that it's version will open the ones you made. Might be an idea to copy that version onto the CD as well. Guess for that matter you could make the CD bootable if you can copy the system folder over to the CD. Hmmm for that matter why not make a copy of your present HD on the IIsi although looking at what you have for hardware I don't know if you can.
