Hi Randy
The seams where the aluminum panels are riveted together should be caulked
with aluminum chalk. I have a leak over the front window. I have seen
this type of chalk before, appears to have aluminum particles in it?

green rock guards -  Front one is corrugated fiberglass in a metal frame;
rear is molded plastic in a metal frame.

Steve, your '66 Ambassador looks a lot like my '66 Overlander (26'),
including
the green rock guard over the front window. I've had people ask if mine was
a
modification..must be factory. I'm not sure what you mean by "aluminum
chalk/panel sealer". Do you mean the exterior panels needing refinishing?
