Honestly, its just a personal preference thing. The iPad won't do
anything you can't do on an iPhone. Well, except have 4G
connectivity. But this will probably be on the iPhone coming out
later this year. Some prefer the bigger screen for typing. This I
can understand. Especially if they get a case with a built in
keyboard. This essentially turns the iPad into a netbook.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to start a war, lol. I really
want to know. I'm wondering whether to get an iPad, or save up for
a mac. I already have a 4S, and whatever I get, I want it to be
because it can do more, or different things, or ttthere's no point.
for example, I have heard that you can do more with pages on a mac
as it's more accessible than it is on the iPhone, but is the iPad
the same as the iPhone? I would assume the answer is yes, because
it uses the same app store, but I'd love to hear from people if
they can share experiences and/or opinions and comparisons.
