I am with Tom on this. Make sure that you choose the menu button to go back to the main menu before you try and create a new rout. This button is on the top left of the screen typically where the back button is. I also noticed that when you start your rout that you have to tap the start navigation on two screens before Navagon starts tracking your rout.
