Hi, I just created a sheet of labels to see if I was having the same problem posted on the list. I was able to create a sheet of labels. I first logged in to the web site with my email address and password. It took me to the next page, which I clicked on the link to get labels. I selected the Avery label in the combo box and then tabbed to Okay. I needed to wait a couple of seconds for the page to refresh to the next and clicked on the link to create the PDF file. Once I opened this, I printed the labels. I tested the bar codes and Digit-Eyes read it just fine. Can you explain where you are having the issue in getting this to work? Thanks.
