Depends on the podcast, some I wish I could speed up a lot, especially on days when I have just a few minutes to listen,. Slow talkers annoy me when I am trying to get information quickly, which is always.

The fact you can play the content at 1.5 or double the speed? Does this affect the consumption of the information? I have to assume the playback speed is the same as the Music app. I do wish Apple would allow 3X which would really move things along.
