When you plug in the phone and iTunes comes up, you'll be in a source list that has music, podcasts, radio and some other items. You want to arrow down to devices where you'll find something like Rebecca's iPhone or whatever you called your iPhone. Once there, use the tab key and start tabbing until you hear a radio button that says music. Check it with the spacebar. If you keep tabbing you hear other things like sync all playlists or sync selected playlists. Check the options you want and keep tabbing until you hear a button that is labeled sync. Press enter and your phone should begin to sync.
Once you hear the tones indicating that the sync is complete, unplug the phone and double tap the music app. Your music should be there.
