And hope the music you transfer into itunes is properly tagged. With some
of my music, I had to use mp3tag to correct this issue.

If you have a card reader on your laptop the easiest way to do it
would be to copy the files into a folder called automatically add to
iTunes. Once you've done that, the songs, albums whatever will be
imported into iTunes.
