A limited number of U.S. cities are supported by the app. So if you
are only given the option to call the cab company, instead of go
through the setup screens to book a ride on your phone, then your city
is not supported yet for in-app booking. I'm in the same boat since
Austin is not supported yet either. I wish it were though since it
would be a great way of getting my daily cab verses the "old
fashioned" way through Yellow Cab. Oh well.
