I was receiving lots of notifications from them. I went to Settings on the
home page of my phone, and then to Bible, and turned off notifications.
That seems to have helped. I've never received email from them.

Maybe you could go to their site and look to see what you're subscribed to

I unpikced the source code of the html message and oculdn't find start or
end of the link which seemed to ramble for miles, and looking suspiciously
