OK, this is really for Sharonda and I did write earlier, but have now
checked out a couple of things to see if they still work.
You still do double tap the verse(s) you want to select. From there you
look on the lower right part of the screen for an "Action" button. Double
tap and From there you can copy, email, etc.
I did try to copy both consecutive verses and a few verses not being
consecutive. It looked as though it should work just the same as I could
get clarification of the verses I had selected. . However, once I had left
the app, intending to paste that which I'd copied to clipboard, there
appeared to be nothing there.
I don't have time to play any more today but hope this gives you an idea to
try out.

Are you able to select verses for creating notes or sharing with the
updated version? I have decided not to upgrade until I get this sorted
