It varies in that you are working with a sighted person in real time. Tap Tap See now charges for the service because the sighted workers are paid. These are volunteers. I would not worry about this policy changing, because this decision is up to those in charge, and I'm not about to jump the gun unnecessarily. As for people playing around with the app rather than using it strictly seriously, that's their prerogative. I won't tell them how to, or not to, use the service.
