I installed Skype onto my iPhone 5 that uses firmware 8.1.2. I allowed access to both microphone and camera. I signed in successfully. When calling the test number to check my audio, the recorded instructions were at an extremely low level, and so was my test message. Pressing the up volume button made no change. Any thoughts? Thanks.
