Hi, I also know a person who has this problem, but on the iPhone 6. Her volume is very very low. I don’t think this will help, but you might try not allowing Skype to see the camera and see if that changes the audio. OK, I just did that and it did not, just as I thought. I don’t have the same problem with the iPhone 5 and the newest version of skype. Mine is at normal volume. So, brighter minds than mine will have to chime in here. I wonder if others have had this problem.
