Hello Folks,

After reading the thread on this the other day, I decided to try and move an 
app to the row above the doc. At first, I was unsuccessful, but kept on trying 
different solutions. What seemed to work is to move the app to the row above 
and then move it down to the row above the doc. This worked for me and maybe it 
will work for others.
