Hi,
I did not have the problem with the keyboard not coming up. I can only suggest 
going to the app switcher and tap the "in call service' that should be first 
item in it while you're on a call. Then find the keypad there.
Not ideal but, like I said, never really had this problem.

About Siri, I do get frustrated with it cutting me off at times before I'm done 
talking to it. Just try again and maybe avoid making too long pauses in your 
speech. I think it's an irritating bug and hope they will fix this.I think I 
saw this also with my husband's phone and he does not use VO so it's not 
related to accessibility.
