I just restored a purchased voice on my 5S. I went to settings within Voice Dream, double tapped on restore purchases, signed in with my Apple ID password, double tapped on the download button for the voice I had not downloaded, which is Brigid and after a couple minutes got the successful download message. This is a 64 GB 5S. Have you rebooted your phone as well as made sure the app switcher is empty? Richard
