Well, I went into the Diary and executed add food but when I executed the button in the bottom right of the screen which is labeled IC act multi or some such thing, holding my phone over the barcode does nothing. I also find it odd that the app never asked me for access to my camera which I thought was required of scanning apps in order to work.
I'm a bit frustrated that others are scanning foods with this app yet this function seems totally unavailable to me. This doesn't really help us out if we don't have any idea of where the barcode is located. It's worth making the developer aware of the visually impairs issue in scanning food goods.
